    there's even an easier way; try hovering over the link and pressing down on the middle mouse button (the scroll wheel)...those links will open in the same window without leaving this page...you can also use the middle "button" to scroll alongside the post without moving your cursor to the scroll bar by pressing on it anywhere in an unoccupied area of the page...
